Prices & Packages

My hourly rate is $165 per hour (inclusive of GST).

Prices outlined below are set for general public. Discretional discounts on all prices and packages are available when financial hardship is evidenced, including veterans, job seekers, pensioners, NDIS and more.

I strive to practice as a qualified Human Resources Consultant to improve access to legal services for individuals experiencing difficulty, including financial hardship. This in turn facilitates equality. Although I require clients to pay for services provided, I do not consider my clients to be profit generating units. Rather, as my client, you are a person, you are human, you encounter challenges in all areas of life, and you require genuine support to sustain positivity. Inhibiting access to the valuable services I offer only marginalises you.

If I am not able to provide all or a component of the service you require, I will inform you of this, directly and at the outset.

I have not included all services we offer given that the list is longer than a piece of string. If you do not see the service you require below, that does not mean we can not help.

I do provide, and have, provided my services, or a component of them, free of charge. For me, the success of watching my clients grow and achieve their objectives is so much greater than any financial reward.

For Employees

This consultation is for employees confronted with an employers poor human resources practice, practice that is unfair and unjust and which exposes the employee to harm. Identify discrimination, harassment, victimisation, all of which are unlawful conduct that exposes the the employer to legal action.

We identify protective strategies that promote assertive engagement with the employer, facilitating positive progress. We consider options for legal recourse where necessary.

We continue to provide ongoing support and guidance because we understand that you will have questions and encounter 'oh no this just happened, what do I do?'.

We teach you proactive strategies that reinforce positive change in the workplace, eliminating uncomfortable tension and negative behaviour management.

There are so many employers out there struggling to find reliable, honest, hard working and committed young adults. Surprisingly, this is often very difficult.

This is the 'all included' package for young adults wanting to make a head start with their career.

The initial consultation evaluates your objectives and goals, and identifies strategies that strengthen your ability to achieve them.

In the job market, you are a commodity, a product. The employer is shopping for a suitable employee. You are marketing yourself, and competing against other individuals.
